Available Positions
1. Driver Class II – 8 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety.
- Transporting staff to various work locations.
- Performing minor mechanical repairs.
- Delivering and distributing official documents.
- Recording all trips in the vehicle logbook.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Executing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form Four).
- Valid driving license Class E or C.
- At least one year of accident-free driving experience.
- Basic driving course from VETA or any government-recognized institution.
Salary Scale: Government salary structure – TGS B
2. Records Management Assistant Class II – 3 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Distributing and tracking files within the office.
- Receiving returned files and ensuring proper filing.
- Locating documents requested by officers.
- Managing file circulation and storage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Form Four or Form Six certificate.
- Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
Salary Scale: Government salary structure – TGS C

- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens, aged 18 to 45 years (unless currently employed in the public sector).
