What You’ll Bring to the Role
To qualify for the Graduate Trainee position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of key manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and fabrication.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
