Job Description
TFS is seeking dynamic and qualified individuals to serve as Office Management Secretaries under the title of Conservation Ranger III. The successful candidates will be stationed at various TFS offices and play a critical role in administrative support, communication coordination, and office organization to enhance conservation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing systems
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support conservation and field operations through clerical duties
- Ensure communication flow between departments and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all assignments
Qualifications Required
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong communication skills in both Kiswahili and English
