Department: Risk Management and Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bank’s operational risk framework
- Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and develop strategic reports
- Ensure compliance with financial acts and internal policies
- Work closely with the Chief Manager Risk Management
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in relevant fields (Banking, Finance, Risk Management, etc.)
- Minimum 16 years of experience in risk-related roles
