About the Programme
Launched in 2021, the UNDP Graduate Programme aims to build a diverse and skilled workforce by engaging early-career professionals in real-world development work. UNDP jobs for graduates, Assignments span across UNDP country, regional, or headquarters offices, supporting efforts aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Background & Job Description
Depending on the assigned stream, selected graduates will:
Programme & Policy Stream
- Assist in designing and implementing development programmes and projects
- Engage in strategic planning, monitoring, and policy work
Corporate Operations Stream
- Support internal functions such as finance, HR, and oversight
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and systems thinking
Across both streams, graduates will collaborate with global teams and external partners to create tangible development impact.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field with ≤1 year of relevant work experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant work experience
Experience:
- Demonstrated passion for international development, policy, or operations
- Skills in digital innovation or systems-thinking
- Willingness to live and work abroad for the full 2-year duration

Language Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
