1. Credit Analyst (2 Positions)

Reporting to: Credit Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness of applicants.
- Recommend loan approvals or denials to the credit committee.
- Ensure compliance with lending protocols.
- Train Loan Officers and Branch Managers on quality loan origination.
- Prepare credit risk reports and monitor portfolio quality.
- Recommend policy improvements and support the use of credit reference bureau tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in financial institutions; at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong financial analysis, credit scoring, and collateral evaluation skills.
2. Digital Project Manager
Work Reference No: 09/25
Reporting to: Head of Business Development and Innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition to digital, paperless banking operations.
- Manage IT projects in line with the VisionFund project framework.
- Ensure stakeholder coordination, system testing, and staff training.
- Oversee implementation of systems like LMMS, CRM, and interbank systems.
- Innovate digital solutions and document process changes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management.
- PMP certification is a must.
- At least 3 years in project/change management.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, digital transformation, and banking operations.
3. Risk Manager
Work Reference No: 10/25
Reporting to: Head of Risk and Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit, operational, market, liquidity, ESG, and compliance risks.
- Conduct internal credit risk reviews and regulatory stress testing.
- Train staff on risk awareness and policy compliance.
- Produce monthly risk reports and update Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 4 years in banking/microfinance risk management.
- Strong experience in credit analysis, internal audit, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
