1. Head of Supervisors (1 Position):
- Oversee all cleaning and gardening operations.
- Manage and monitor the performance of supervisors and their teams.
- Handle client complaints and provide comprehensive work reports to senior management.
Qualifications: Form IV to Diploma level education with strong leadership skills. Experience in cleaning operations is an added advantage. Age: 18 to 45 years.
2. Cleaning Supervisor (2 Positions):
- Supervise daily cleaning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Assign tasks to cleaners and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Maintain team discipline and report work progress to the Head of Supervisors.
Qualifications: Minimum Form IV education. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial. Age: 18 to 45 years.
3. Cleaner (20 Positions):
- Perform general cleaning tasks for offices, windows, floors, and restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas like parking lots and corridors.
- Properly dispose of waste and follow instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications: Minimum Standard VII education. Experience in cleaning is an advantage. Age: 18 to 45 years.
4. Gardener (10 Positions):
- Manage and maintain gardens, including planting, watering, and weeding.
- Trim trees, dispose of leaves, and apply fertilizer.
- Ensure cleanliness of garden areas and external pathways.
Qualifications: Minimum Standard VII education. Gardening experience is a plus. Age: 18 to 45 years.
