Job Summary
As a Direct Sales Agent, your main goal is to promote and sell retail banking liabilities products (such as deposit accounts) to meet sales targets. You’ll represent NBC in the field, educate customers, onboard new clients, and ensure compliance with banking standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional performance by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Generate and convert quality sales leads through active engagement and follow-ups.
- Participate in sales activations, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
- Ensure all new customers are fully onboarded and digitally connected.
- Support customers with account opening in compliance with NBC policies.
- Adhere to operational standards including KYC, Anti-Money Laundering, and Health & Safety.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet the following:
- Education: At least Form Four, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
- Age: 18 years and above
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products
- Skills:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Teamwork and individual accountability
- Excellent follow-up and time management
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision
